7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
7.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, 414103.
